Step into the shoes of a Hollywood producer to make movie magic in Lights, Camera, Budget! FableVision Studios, Georgia Public Broadcasting, and the Georgia Council on Economic Education’s latest collaboration invites middle and high school students to develop personal finance and budgeting skills while executing their own creative visions. FableVision took content provided by GPB and the Georgia Council on Economic Education to develop and design this unique game using expert UX/UI for engaging gameplay aligned to Common Core standards. With original story concept and a sleek design aesthetic, FableVision incorporated original art, animation, and music, complete with an array of clever characters and polished visuals.

Students begin the game with a $100 million dollar production budget to distribute wisely with the help of an advisor who provides expertise in one of three popular film genres (Horror, Comedy, or Action) as well as money management throughout gameplay. Before each round, players meet with their advisor to answer five multiple-choice questions on the topic of personal finance.
