Dora’s Mermaid Adventures

“I’ll give this charango a strum, and magical mermaids we’ll become!” Join Dora and Boots as they swim through the Sirena Sea in their fin-tastic musical exploration, “Dora’s Mermaid Adventures!” This podcast, created by Nickelodeon and produced by FableVision’s audiyo-yo division, is part of a multi-pronged rollout of the “Dora’s Mermaid Adventures” themed content, including a companion YouTube series. The first of 10 episodes released on September 15, with the remaining episodes releasing every other week.

At the beginning of each episode, Dora and Boots transform into mermaids by strumming their magical charango. They then join their bandmates Rosa, a cheerful pink dolphin, and Marisol, a mermaid with magical items. Together, they form the band Todos Juntos, and encourage kids to sing, clap, and dance along to their music! Dora teaches Spanish words to the listeners, and when they repeat it back, it helps Dora and her friends save the sea creatures and defeat Octo-Swiper! 

Audiyo-yo oversaw the writing, managed all of the recording sessions, and staffed the project with directors, sound engineers, composers, and studio teachers. Audiyo-yo also completed all post-production aspects. The original songs featured in the podcast are by Run and Gun. The cast from recent Dora projects at Nickelodeon provided all of the voice talent. “Dora’s Mermaid Adventures” is available for free wherever you get your podcasts.
