Animated Storybooks

CLIENT: Vooks

Vooks brings books to life by creating and streaming animated children’s stories. While engaging readers through movement and immersive experiences, Vooks promotes literacy and helps develop children’s imaginations. To bring more stories to children, Vooks partnered with FableVision for animated storybooks of Plant a Kiss, by Amy Krouse Rosenthal and So Few of Me, by Peter H. Reynolds.

The videos feature beautifully animated artwork from the books and a narration of the stories. In karaoke style, the text appears on screen, which syncs the visual highlighting of each word to the audio narration, so kids can read along and improve their literacy skills. The timing of the voiceover is slower than an average audiobook to ensure that readers capture all of the words and to help the visibility of the highlighted words. 

The videos are available on the Vooks platform for children and their parents to enjoy.
