Created and Written by moonladder's Tone Thyne, THE HAZELS celebrates the timeless ritual of counting up to Christmas by way of 24 stand-alone holiday themed episodes showcased in a unique and beautiful Advent calendar-inspired presentation. Each artfully crafted live-action/animated story features six year-old LITTLE HAZEL along with her free-spirited and fun-loving grandmother, NONNI HAZEL interacting with the oversized Advent calendar-inspired “story quilt” adorning Nonni's overly decorated home. The Hazels is crafted for a co-viewing family audience who will come to treasure the heartwarming message that the series conveys: Love and family transcending hardship in any form is the true meaning of holiday spirit.
