To help teachers work effectively and efficiently, Heinemann, a publisher of professional resources and educational services, turned to FableVision for a digital companion to Jennifer Serravallo’s Reading and Writing Strategies books. FableVision created Strategies To Go: The Jennifer Serravallo Digital Companion, an online student and strategy management software that streamlines literacy instruction.
Strategies To Go allows teachers to keep track of their students, 600 reading and writing strategies from Serravallo’s books, and notes. The robust notetaking system connects specific strategies to students, while tracking their progress and adding notes about their needs. To help educators plan lessons, the software can create groups of students based on their reading and writing levels and goals. Strategies, students, groups, and notes can all be filtered and sorted.
A clean look utilizing colors and graphics from the book along with the ability to use the software on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone helps teachers easily read their notes and efficiently access the information they need.
