What does an amusement park have to do with time and money? The simple answer: everything! FableVision worked with Learning.com to develop a game that would teach students how to handle money and schedule their time. For the project, FableVision developed the student writing activities, teacher support materials, and online games. Learning.com, an educational company that provides solutions for integrating technology seamlessly into classrooms, then posted the materials on its website. Time and Money is part of Aha!Math, Learning.com’s interactive game-based learning environment. Teachers can use the curriculum package in the classroom: the lesson is paired with paper money so that students can practice what they learned.
