Peter H. Reynolds Interview with Public Radio's Dick Gordon on ROSE'S GARDEN

Peter Reynolds was interviewed by Public Radio's Dick Gordon on The Story shortly after Senator Kennedy passed away in August 2009. Peter remembers when, as a seven year old, he first heard Ted Kennedy's voice - quivering at the funeral of his brother Bobby. As an adult, Peter got the opportunity to meet Ted Kennedy, and the two men ended up having an unexpected connection. Peter talks with Dick about his tribute to the Kennedy family - a children's book called Rose's Garden published by Candlewick Press.

The Story is produced at North Carolina Public Radio - WUNC and is hosted by Dick Gordon. The Story is co-produced and distributed by American Public Media.
